Some of you may remember this post where I found out I would be blogging for Guess! Well my first post is up and I couldn’t be more excited!
I focused on my love for menswear, featuring classic tailored pieces with a feminine edge and of course a great oversized Guess watch.
In other news, I’m leaving for my honeymoon today, and I’ll be taking a week off from posting to enjoy life!

Life is good, especially in my Dolce Vita Valentina dress, le Chateau hat, shoes optional! This dress is one part “Little House on the prairie” one part table-cloth, and I couldn’t love the combination more!

It’s finally spring!!!!!! My weekend was mythical, the only thing missing was a unicorn, but I’m working on that for next weekend! Thanks to many productive hours, chill times with my loved ones, and a yoga class that is fun, challenging and creates a deep sense of calm and unity, I feel so sad to leave the weekend behind. These bright daffodils are now on my dining table, reminding me of the vibrancy of the weekend! Flowers are such an easy was to brighten up a room, daily life, or a cloudy disposition, plus they feel so indulgent having no practical use except being beautiful! Surrounding yourself with beauty in any form makes life worth living.

Happy Friday friends, this weekend could not have come quick enough! These pictures were taken a few weeks ago on a particularly sunny weekend and I’m hoping such weather is in my near future! I’m so excited for a day trip with one of my best gals, trying a cool new activity with my sister (will elaborate shortly) and hopefully lots of pictures and silliness!

Here I’m wearing my daily uniform lately, black pants, heels, a neutral top, red lips, and either a hat or scarf. So functional, comfortable, yet still seems like I may have looked in the mirror!
